GREENBOX EQUIPMENT AND MICROPHONES HAVE A 1 (ONE) YEAR WARRANTY.
One of the great advantages of choosing Greenbox audio equipment is the support and warranty offered by the brand. Greenbox is committed to providing specialized service and fast technical support, ensuring that you have all the assistance you need throughout your musical journey. In addition, all Greenbox products come with a warranty that protects your investment, offering peace of mind and confidence.
What the warranty covers:
Any manufacturing defects (problems with soldering, internal connection connections and assembly problems) and defects in the following components and parts: Potentiometers, capacitors, resistors, diodes, integrated circuits, transistors, rotary selectors, switches, connectors and audio transformers. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the external source.
What the warranty does not cover:
Valves, microphone capsules damaged by humidity, burnt-out VUs, burnt-out VU lamps, burnt-out LEDs, damage to the external power supply caused by possible problems with the electrical network or lightning.
Why does the warranty not cover damage to the components and parts mentioned above?
Because these are elements that depend greatly on the stability of the electrical network in each region and also on the way they are used.
The warranty becomes invalid under the following conditions:
• Removing the central pin from the external power supply socket - In this case, both the equipment and the power supply lose the warranty.
• Removing original knobs with other knobs.
• Violation of the warranty seal attached to the equipment.
Even though the warranty does not cover the items mentioned above, we will still be happy to repair your Greenbox equipment if it presents any of these problems.

If you need to use your product's warranty within 30 calendar days after the invoice is issued, Greenbox will cover the shipping costs for the product.
If you need to use your product's warranty after 31 calendar days after the invoice is issued, you (the customer) are responsible for the shipping costs for the product.
The warranty period begins on the date stated on the invoice, which is issued on the day the product is shipped.
Important:
If you notice that your Greenbox product appears to be damaged (noise, strange operation or functioning, or any other type of abnormal behavior),
before activating your warranty, we recommend paying attention to the following points:
- Check your cables to make sure they are not defective or shorted.
- Use only balanced cables on the outputs of all Greenbox equipment/microphones.
- If you use a patchbay, make sure you are routing it correctly and using balanced cables.
- If you use a Lunchbox, make sure all slots are in perfect working order.
- Have a good grounding system in the studio. Most cases of unwanted noise come from a lack of good grounding or problems related to the electrical network.
Attention:
If you activate the warranty on your Greenbox product, we will test it as soon as it arrives.
We will make a video showing the equipment/microphone in operation, and if there is no problem with it, we will not cover any shipping costs if the problem is in your studio in the points mentioned above.
We will also not cover the warranty and shipping costs if we find that the equipment/microphone has suffered any damage due to misuse, drops or sudden impacts.
Before sending your equipment or microphone back to Greenbox for repair, make sure that the problem is not in the points mentioned above.

SUBSEQUENT CHANGES THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE TERMS MENTIONED ABOVE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
