When purchasing your Greenbox equipment or microphones, please be aware that we stipulate a deadline for manufacturing the equipment and microphones.
We periodically have some equipment and microphones ready for delivery. Whenever you make a purchase, check the availability on the product page just above the BUY button.
Note: The manufacturing deadline described in the stock of each product is an estimate (an approximate deadline), and we generally manufacture the equipment before the stipulated deadline.
However, we depend on many distributors of parts and components, and on some occasions we reserve the right to extend the manufacturing deadline by up to 10 business days if there is an unforeseen event during the process.
This does not negatively affect the quality of the product to be manufactured.
ATTENTION:
1- ORDERS PAID BY PIX OR CREDIT CARD FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE READY FOR DELIVERY WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
2- ORDERS PAID BY BANK SLIP FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE IN STOCK WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS ONLY AFTER THE BANK SLIP HAS BEEN CLEARED.
WE REMEMBER THAT, WHEN THE PURCHASE IS MADE BY BANK SLIP, THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT THAT VALID IS THE AVAILABILITY ON THE DAY THE BANK SLIP HAS BEEN CLEARED. FOR EXAMPLE: IF THERE IS ONLY ONE UNIT OF A CERTAIN PRODUCT AVAILABLE IN STOCK TODAY, AND YOU BUY IT TODAY WITH A PAYMENT SLIP, BUT PAY THE PAYMENT SLIP TWO DAYS LATER AND IN THE MEANTIME THIS SOLE UNIT OF THE PRODUCT IS SOLD TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO PAID WITH PIX OR CARD, THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT BECOMES THAT OF THE DAY THE PAYMENT SLIP IS CLEARED. STOCK AVAILABILITY WORKS THIS WAY, BECAUSE THE SALE IS CONSIDERED COMPLETE ONCE THE PAYMENT SLIP IS CLEARED. According to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, any purchase or service contract made outside a commercial establishment, regardless of the method used – internet, telephone, catalog, post, etc. – gives the consumer a 7 (seven) day period to change their mind. This is called the right to change their mind or right to reflection, names that relate precisely to its purpose, which is to give the consumer time to “think things over”. In other words, if the customer regrets purchasing a Greenbox product, they have the right to ask for their money back within a 7 (seven) day period. In this case, we do not assume any costs related to shipping costs for the product. If the customer chooses to want their money back, the refund will only be made after the customer returns the product to us. We do not refund the amount before we have the product back at Greenbox! In the case of returning products that were paid for using PIX or Boleto, the deadline for refunding the amount is up to 30 calendar days from the date the returned product arrives at the Greenbox establishment, and the refund will be made via PIX to the buyer's CPF account.
In the case of refunds for payments made by credit card, the way in which the amount is refunded depends exclusively on the card operator, as this is not the seller's responsibility.
Notes:
1- It is worth remembering that this countdown does not stop during weekends and holidays, it is a continuous countdown. If the final day of the cooling-off period coincides with a date on which the supplier is not working, the consumer has until the 1st subsequent business day to assert their right.
2- It is also necessary that the product be returned in perfect condition (no scratches on the paint, dents or damage of this nature), without any signs of use and without signs that the product has been fixed to a rack or dropped, since there must be good faith in this relationship. When the customer chooses to return the product and it is sent from the customer's address to Greenbox, the customer assumes full responsibility for the product arriving intact and without damage. The same applies if the product is lost. We do not refund the value of the product if it is lost from the customer's address to Greenbox. We do not send a new product to the customer if the product is lost from the customer's address to Greenbox.
3- It is also necessary that the product be returned with all the original boxes, included accessories, manual, brochures, gifts and invoice. It is also necessary that the tags are still attached to the equipment, thus proving that the equipment was not fixed to the rack. If any of the items mentioned are missing, we are not obliged to accept the return of the product and refund the customer's money.
4- If the warranty seal is broken, we will not accept the return of the product and will not refund the customer's money.
5- The 7 (seven) day count begins exactly on the day the customer receives the product. The day of receipt is considered the first day of the count.
If the product is shipped after the seventh day, we will not accept the return of the product.
By placing an order and ordering one or more Greenbox devices, you are accepting the terms of our sales policy.
When any Greenbox product is purchased and is not in stock, we make it clear that we do not accept returns, since in this case the sale is configured as an order for a product that is not ready for delivery, causing the manufacturer to immediately begin the manufacturing process of the product with the consumer's authorization.
Purchases of products that are not in stock can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the purchased product will already begin to go through the manufacturing stages.
Please be aware that our products are handmade and take a long time to manufacture. Therefore, we make it very clear here that we do not accept returns in the case of products that are made to order.
We do not accept returns of products that are purchased on sale, promotion or stock clearance, due to the high demand and turnover of products.
If a custom-made product, a special offer, or a clearance sale arrives to the customer with any damage due to transportation, Greenbox is responsible for maintaining it, but it is not Greenbox's responsibility to accept the return of the product and refund the full amount. In this case (for repair), Greenbox is also responsible for covering all shipping costs.
WHEN YOU PURCHASE ONE OR MORE GREENBOX PRODUCTS FROM THE OFFICIAL STORE "WWW.GREENBOXSHOPPING.COM" AND WITH THE REDIRECTED DOMAINS THAT BEGIN WITH "WWW.GREENBOXPROAUDIO.COM" AND "WWW.GREENBOXPROAUDIO.COM.BR", YOU ARE ACCEPTING THIS CONTRACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS MENTIONED ABOVE.
SUBSEQUENT CHANGES THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE TERMS MENTIONED ABOVE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
